The event on Saturday, November 17 is limited to just 150 seated tickets and is being held at gothic-style former church and live music venue The Point in the heart of Cardiff Bay.
James will be joined by Torchwood actor Gareth David Lloyd, who plays Ianto Jones in the hit BBC series, and Torchwood writer Cath Tregenna. Cath has written Torchwood episodes 'Out Of Time', which saw a 1950s plane land in modern-day Cardiff, and 'Captain Jack Harkness', which revealed details of Jack's World War II past.
The ticket price includes:
- Admission to the event at The Point
- One free joint photograph with James and Gareth OR a photograph with the actor of your choice
- One free autograph from both James and Gareth
- Q&A sessions with all three guests
- Priority admission to the evening concert if you have a concert ticket
Further photographs and autographs, time permitting, can be purchased on the day. Cash transactions only will be available on the day - no credit card or cheque facilities.
Photography: Still photographs can be taken throughout this event. Flash may be used during the first two questions in a Q&A session. Please refrain from using after that as it can prove distracting to the guest.
Audio or Video recording: Please note no audio or video recording is allowed and we reserve the right to remove without refund any person caught bootlegging or otherwise causing a disturbance.
Seating: All seating is unreserved
Refreshments: The Point will have a bar open all day and will also be selling filled rolls, crisps and chocolate. Near to The Point are a number of pubs, bars and cafes. Most are situated either on side streets or in the two entertainment centres nearby, Mermaid Quay and Red Dragon Centre.

James will also be appearing in concert at The Point on Saturday, November 17, marking the European Launch of his new album.
The Celtic Blues concert features Gareth David Lloyd and his band, Breath of Blue Fire, as support.
If you buy tickets for both events then you will automatically be given priority admission for the evening concert.
Photography: Still photographs can be taken throughout this event. Flash may be used during the first two songs for both the support band and James Marsters.
