FEB 2009 EVENT NOTICE
Information and ticket sales for James’ one day event in the US on Sunday 15 February 2009 will be made available on Friday 12 December at the following time:
Pacific 12:00 Noon
Mountain 13:00 PM
Central 14:00 PM
Eastern 15:00 PM
GMT (London) 20:00 PM
Save the Date
James will be doing a full day event Sunday, February 15, 2009 (Valentines Day weekend!) The event will have a limited capacity of 150 to keep it intimate and manageable and will run throughout the day and evening. It will be held in the Newark NJ area (specific details will be posted with ticket sales). We will post a 24 hour notice prior to the live site being activated. Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis - so remember that if you are looking into booking flights or hotels early we advise that you wait until you have ticket confirmation.. 17 November - Message from Steve
A big thank you for all of you who have checked in about the wildfires in California. I'm happy to assure everyone that James and his family are safe, as are mine. These wildfires are indeed a horrible tragedy and they hit awfully close to home. Neither James or I live in a mountain region in Los Angeles and that thankfully buffers us from these tragedies you see on the news.
Spoiler for Smallville new season: please highlight in order to show the text
Many of you have also asked whether or not the voice you heard on the latest episode of Smallville was James'? Yes, indeed it was. The producers asked us to please not mention it in advance as they wanted it to have an element of surprise. Sorry for the spoiler for those of you who don't live in the US and will see it later.
Lastly, as James mentioned in his last message, I am indeed working on an event for him for the beginning of 2009. If all goes smoothly, the event will take place on the weekend of February 14th (Yup - Valentines weekend and Presidents Day weekend - I can only imagine what he'll talk about!). I tell you this now, not to act as a tease but so that those of you who might want to attend can plan to keep that weekend free. I anticipate being able to post all the official details about venue, tickets, etc just before Thanksgiving so keep an eye out.

10 November - Message from James
Congratulations everyone on a peaceful election. Looking forward to a peaceful transition of power. I being myself am on cloud nine. Looking forward to talking with everyone about why we have so much reason for hope. I mean, Robert Kennedy Jr in the cabinet!!!!!
I just finished reading two books on tape which are part of the Dresden series. They contracted me to read a total of 6 between now and next year. I'm leaving to film a new project through December. I'll tell you more when Steve gives me the okay.
I just gave Steve the go ahead to plan something before I have to leave for a worldwide press tour in 2009 for DragonBall, so there's another announcement to look forward to shortly if it all works out.

Hello everyone. I'm just back in the States. "Moonshot" was an excellent film experience. The director told me he'd work with me again anytime. I think you all will really like it when it comes out. Looking forward to seeing those of you going to Dragon Con - not sure if I'll be able to squeeze in any other cons this year. Everybody take care.

21 May - Moonshot
James is happy to announce that he will be starring in the forthcoming ITV / History Channel / ProSieben movie 'Moonshot'.
'Moonshot' is a dramatisation of the days leading up to the Apollo 11 launch to the moon. James will portray American astronaut Buzz Aldrin. 'Moonshot' is expected to air in 2009 but no specific date is yet scheduled.
