A newcomer to the London music scene, this singer/song writer pens soulful ballads about falling in love, falling over and coffee (and yes, he's extremely cute). Concert informationVenue: Union Chapel, Upper Street, Islington Queuing: Union Chapel is situated in a residential area of Islington and no obstruction of the residents nearby is allowed. Times: Tickets: Please bring your ticket confirmation email from JMLive and some proof of identity (passport, credit card etc). Photography: Still photographs can be taken throughout this event including flash. Audio or Video recording Please note no audio or video recording is allowed and we reserve the right to remove without refund any person caught bootlegging or otherwise causing a disturbance. Merchandise: CDs and DVDs from James will be on sale. Payment is cash only. Seating: Please note that seating is in wooden pews due to the nature of the historical venue. You are welcome to bring a cushion or other padding. Union Chapel : Friday 4 MayPrepare to make a date with James Marsters as he heads to London next year for an acoustic concert showing new songs and old favourites from Civilised Man. He will be appearing in his only major concert date in the UK at the atmospheric Union Chapel in Islington on Friday, 4 May 2007. Tickets cost £20 and are available from wegottickets.com. All seating is unreserved and there are a limited number of disabled places. The groundfloor has wheelchair accessibility. The Union Chapel is one of the best kept secrets of the London Music Scene and has a reputation for bringing music lovers the best live concerts. It has been awarded The Time Out Live Venue award and was also nominated as one of the 100 reasons to remain in London. Performers who have appeared in concert at the venue include David Byrne, Goldfrapp, Bjork, Beck and Patti Smith. The Union Chapel is also a working church and an award-winning venue and homeless project. Situated in the heart of Islington, it promises exceptional acoustics and "creates an ambience and intimacy between audience and performers unlike any other venue in London."
